Game coverage is usually preceded by the pre-game show ''NBA Countdown'', a program which also precedes sister network ESPN's NBA telecasts. During the NBA Finals, ''Countdown'' in turn is preceded beforehand by a special edition of Jimmy Kimmel's late night talk show, ''Jimmy Kimmel Live'', which is known as ''Jimmy Kimmel Game Night'' and features mainly NBA players as guests. ABC originally broadcast NBA games from 1965 to 1973. NBA game telecasts returned to ABC in 2002, under the production of sister cable network ESPN. In 2006, ESPN took over branding of the coverage as well, with ABC's telecasts featuring ESPN's graphics and logos (though both networks kept ABC's theme song). ABC televises fifteen games during the regular season, starting with a doubleheader on Christmas Day, followed by ''Saturday Night NBA'' on select Saturday nights, and ''NBA Sunday Showcase'' on select Sunday afternoons through the remainder of the regular season. ABC airs up to nine games during the first five weeks of the NBA playoffs. During the NBA Finals, ABC presents games in prime time, usually at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (8:00 p.m. ET on Sundays beginning in 2009), when it is known as ''ESPN's coverage of the NBA Finals on ABC''. ==History== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「NBA on ABC」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
